Do you have your own war cry?
Have you ever tried to spell it?
Here’s mine.
AAAIIIIIEEEEEE-LA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LEEEEEE!
What’s yours?
Go ahead. Give yourself a voice. I want to know the warrior I’m fighting beside.
Welcome to the Front Lines!

Thanks so much for stopping by Words of Me Project. I actually came by here yesterday…found you on SITS or somewhere!!
I think it is so important that we women writers promote one another. We all have so much to say!!
Have a great day:)
Les
mine would be aaaaaayieyieyieyie! lol this was fun i think i will yell it out loud now ha
Lacie,
Yes, yes! I think I’ve heard you before!!!
The best part about this is that I get to sound everyone else’s out, too. My long-suffering hubby just shakes his head. My teenagers roll their eyes. My 7-yr-old giggles and tells me, “You are one strange lady, Lady.” The dog hides, trembling…
I just smile to myself because I know I’m not alone out here.

My war cry probably sounds like “tappita, tappita, tap, tap, tappita, tap” — that’s me on the computer. Vocally I tend to be somewhat reserved as a rule.
A to Z in May you say? Okay, I’ll have to keep track.

Leslie,
That’s awesome! I really love the whole Proverbs 31 Ministries and this book is a great collection of “stuff” from that whole gang. Motivating and encouraging and edifying.
Glad you won it and praying that it blesses you greatly.

Happy SITS Saturday Sharefest!
Not sure what my war cry is, but I’m sure my kids could tell you: they probably hear it every day right around 5 p.m…
Um. Yeah. I have a feeling my kids would spell mine a little differently…. :-0

Happy Sits Sharefest! I need a Battle Cry… I am going to work on that today. (-:
Go into your closet. Close your eyes. Picture yourself in a leather warrior princess skirt and boostier. Strap on some thigh-high boots and wrist guards. Grab a side-kick (your childhood imaginary friend is perfect for this part) and think of a warrior name for yourself, preferably one that starts with X. Then, imagine the enemy waiting to ambush you right outside your closet door.
You know the enemy is expecting some wimpy little housewife to come schlepping out into the room… but not this time. Crouch, throw open the door, raise your coat-hanger – I mean, sword – and charge! Let your voice explode out of your chest! That, my sister, is your battle cry.
Hopefully, your husband and/or kids aren’t in the room… but if they are, I guarantee they’ll take you a little more seriously from now on.
Happy Sits Sharefest!

Good spirit. A battle cry. I’ll be working on that.
Hey Becky,
How are you? Love how you and your family live. My husband, the kids and I just got back from camping in Kauai and I am still not used to all of the concrete and noise here. In about 61/2 years we will set up permanent roots in what I like to call Eden for me, sooo peaceful. I have a blogsite too, http://papaslap.blogspot.com I should write more, and am hoping Papa will download to me soon. Love the Warrior Princess imagine us all on the battle field fighting with our Father, wow!! Take care.
